"For the Net's Outstanding efforts to provide critical life saving information on Hurricane Georges and Mitch and in recognition of the Net's 33 years of valuable service to storm threatened residences in the Caribbean and Central Americas.

LAYTON RECEIVES AWARD FROM NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER

Layton, along with other hams, was presented with an award for volunteer work assisting the National Hurricane Center during the past hurricane season.
